this swing set is great its alot bigger than i thought.... just make sure u use ur own tools the tools that come with wont help...
My dad purchased this swing set for our children ( 3 & 5 ), and we did store pick up. It took 3 people just to lift it in to the truck bed. It's that heavy. Get it home, go to put it together, and it was missing parts. The arc washers. Part of the framing that you do first, so we had to go looking for some, as the directions say do not go back to the store for missing parts. No big hardware stores like ***** or ********** carry them, because they are specialty washers. So you have to go to smaller stores like Ace or Gilroys to find them. Finally get home to put it together and it took all day. 13 hours to be exact. The directions, while nicely printed, are very confusing. Holes on the slide, no matter which way you put them, lined up. I got a huge plastic cut from the flimsy plastic that the slide is, because the sides were so sharp. The threads on 2 of the swing screws were threaded completely wrong, couldn't even get a screw on them. Thankfully my husband is a pipefitter and took them to work and rethreaded them. The whole set up was a mess from start to finish. The kids like it, so it serves its purpose. Would I recommend it, probably not. I guess if you like a huge challenge that will have your blood boiling by the end of the day go for it, but the setup is just ridiculous.

Our Kids Love This
|Very happy with this purchase. Very sturdy and good quality. Yes, it's a lot of work to put it together, but it all felt worthwhile when the kids kept trying to play with it before I was done putting it together. The neighborhood kids now prefer our yard and the next-door 8-year old gave her highest endorsement.
Don’t order this
|I ordered this over a week ago and spent an hour and a half on hold with Kmart. Finally got someone to answer with customer service and they had to call the store I was having it shipped to just to tell me 30 mins later that they don’t have the item anymore and had to cancel my purchase. I told them it shouldn’t be available for purchase online then. If I could put zero stars I would have.
